Guidelines for Submitting Content:
These Guidelines outline what we consider is acceptable and unacceptable content. We may update the guidelines from time to time, so please read them each time you submit content.

a) General Purpose
The purpose of MOSERstyle.com (the “Site”) is to celebrate our customers, friends and families unique Moser styles. We welcome your submissions (photographs, profile and comments) and involvement on the site. Don’t forget that this is a public forum and that you are legally responsible for what you submit. No purchase necessary.

b) No advertising or solicitations
You must not use the site for any commercial purpose (including the promotion of your product or services), without our express permission. You must not use the site for any sponsorship, petition, campaign, scheme, or chain message either.

c) Confidentiality
You must only upload information for yourself. Impersonating or disclosing information about anyone other than you without his/her express consent is strongly prohibited. You will have no control over posted information once it is available on the Web, so please consider this before you post.

d) Permissions
By submitting a photograph to the site, you are consenting to the fact that you own the rights to that photograph. You must not submit photographs that you have copied from another source without their permission. Thos. Moser reserves the right to promote any material from the site through outlets including (but not limited to) our blog, social networking sites, email, website and catalog and printed direct mail pieces.

e) Submission Instructions/ Inappropriate Content
You are permitted to submit as many images as you would like that showcase your Moser style. Each photo must contain at least (one) piece of Moser furniture. Anyone featured in the photo must consent to being featured on the site. Files must be submitted in jpg format and must not exceed 2MB. Please submit only high quality photos as grainy or blurry photos are unlikely to be selected for posting. Thos. Moser reserves the right to reject or delete any inappropriate submissions, not limited to inappropriate or obscene photos, offensive or insulting language. We also reserve the right to delete any irrelevant content. All submissions will be approved by our internal committee before being posted.

By submitting material to us, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create adaptations from, make available, communicate and distribute Your Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. By submitting Your Content, you warrant that you have the right to grant this license. The license is capable of sub-license by us to other entities including agents, suppliers and publications (any media) of our choosing.

f) Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or ban an account at our sole discretion. Bans are generally for extreme cases or repeated offenses. Once your registration is banned, you must not re-register or submit content under anyone else’s account without our permission.
